Pay-per-meeting B2B lead generation in Europe

Outbound that books meetings with your ICP.

We find the companies and people who match your ideal customer profile, set up email or LinkedIn sending, and run the campaigns for 90 days: appointment setting done for you, without hiring an SDR. Most of what you pay is a fee for each meeting held with someone who fits your ICP, on top of a setup fee.

Sales

What we do

01

Find the leads

Lists of companies and people that match your ICP, enriched and verified before anyone is contacted.

02

Set up the sending

Email or LinkedIn. For email we set up separate sending domains and mailboxes and take care of deliverability, so messages land in the inbox.

03

Run the campaigns

A new list batch every week, one test at a time, and positive replies answered within 4 working hours.

04

Plan by country

Channels, language and sequence chosen per EU market, from DACH and Benelux to the Nordics, based on its rules on cold email.

Pricing

How we charge

Unlike a lead generation agency on a monthly retainer, most of what you pay us is performance-based: a fee for each meeting held with someone who fits your ICP. The setup fee covers the build.

Once, at the start

Setup fee

Covers the lists and the sending setup.

Most of the fee · on results

Per meeting held

Only meetings with people who fit your signed ICP count. No-shows don't.

Paid by you

Tool subscriptions

In your company's name, paid directly to each vendor. You see the full cost before you sign.

Tool stack

The tools we use

Every tool is opened in your company's name and paid on your card. You own every account, and our fee covers our work only.

How we deliver

  1. Week 0

    Domains and warm-up

You buy the sending domains and mailboxes. We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC and start the warm-up. Kickoff call.

  2. Week 1

    ICP signed, first lists

Industries, company size, countries, titles and exclusions, signed by you. Current customers and open deals are excluded.

  3. Week 2

    Copy approved

2 to 3 email sequences and the LinkedIn sequence. You approve in writing and receive a test of every step.

  4. Week 3

    Go live, slowly

After at least 14 days of warm-up, at low volume per mailbox, ramping up over two weeks.

  5. Weeks 4–12

    Run

New lists every week, every reply logged in your CRM with an owner and a next step, and a scorecard every Friday.

  6. Week 13

    Handover

Final report, sequences, lists and an export of every contact. You renew, take it in-house or pause.

Add-ons

CRM cleanup

We clean the contacts already in your CRM and fill in what's missing, with a before-and-after count.

Signal-based lead tracker

A recurring list of new leads, picked up when a company shows a buying signal.

What you keep

  • Your sending domains and mailboxes
  • Every sequence and list, and an export of every contact
  • A final report on what worked

A good fit when

  • You sell B2B and want pipeline in one or more EU markets.
  • You have tried cold email and it landed in spam.
  • You want an outsourced SDR team, but would rather pay for meetings than for activity.
Built for EU markets

One stack, adapted to each EU country.

Cold email is allowed in some EU countries and needs prior consent in others. Buyers in Amsterdam, Munich and Milan expect different openers. We check each market's rules before we plan a campaign, then choose the channels, language and sequence that fit it.

Read the EU outbound playbook

Channels per country

Where cold email needs consent, LinkedIn, phone and events lead the sequence, and email follows a reply.

Native-language copy

Copy in the buyer's language, reviewed by a native speaker. Raw machine translation never ships.

GDPR compliant

One suppression list across channels, an opt-out in every first message, and no person-level website visitor tracking in the EU.

EU AI Act compliant

AI drafts, a person decides: you approve every sequence and post, and decide on every candidate yourself. Any agent we build that talks to people says it is AI.

How we work

The same rules for every client.

Whichever service you choose, the engagement runs the same way. You own everything we set up, and nothing goes out in your name without your written approval.

01

You own every account

Every tool is opened in your company's name, with your email as the owner. We are invited as users. When we leave, nothing breaks and nothing has to be moved.

02

You pay vendors directly

Your card, your invoice from each vendor. We never resell a tool, and you see the full tool cost in the proposal before you sign.

03

Nothing goes out without your approval

Every sequence, post and candidate message is approved by you in writing before it goes live. A missed approval means the slot is skipped, never sent anyway.

04

Mostly paid on results

On Outbound and LinkedIn campaigns, most of our fee is per meeting held with someone who fits your ICP. No meetings, little revenue for us.

From signed deal to handover

  1. Before day 0

    Proposal

Scope, price, a draft ICP, what counts as a meeting, and the tool budget in euros.

  2. Day 0 to 1

    Sign and buy the tools

You sign the proposal and a data processing agreement. We send the tool list, and you buy each tool in your company's name.

  3. Day 1 to 5

    Kickoff and access check

A 60-minute kickoff on ICP, offer, voice and approvals. Then we test every invite before we build.

  4. Per service

    Build and approve

Lists, sending, content or your Claude Code setup. You approve in writing before anything goes live.

  5. Every Friday

    Run and report

A scorecard: what went out, what came back, and what we change next week.

  6. End of term

    Handover

Final report, exports and documentation. We remove our access within 5 working days.

Plan by country

Every market checked before the first email.

Cold email rules differ across Europe. We sort each market by its rules, then pick the channel that opens the sequence there.

  • Opt-out OK 8 markets

Email is allowed in the sequence, with an easy opt-out.

  • Grey zone 6 markets

We check first. LinkedIn usually opens the sequence.

  • Consent needed 14 markets

LinkedIn and phone lead. Email follows a reply.

  • Research, not legal advice. Market rules from our EU outbound playbook, October 2026.
