AI candidate sourcing and scoring for recruiters

A ranked shortlist for every role, with a message for each candidate.

AI for recruiters and recruitment teams. We enrich candidate profiles, score each one against the role, and draft a personal message for every candidate you accept. You approve and send from your own account.

The scorecard

Ranked against your role, criterion by criterion.

Every candidate is checked against the same criteria from your role intake, so you can see why someone ranks first and correct it during calibration.

Recruitment

What we do

01

Connect the workflow

Candidates flow in from your ATS or sheet, and scores flow back.

02

Enrich profiles

We fill in each candidate's profile with the data that's missing.

03

Score against the role

Each candidate gets a score and the reason for it, so your team sees the best fits first.

04

Personal outreach

A personal message for each accepted candidate, ready for you to approve and send.

Pricing

Every tool is opened in your company's name and paid on your card. You own every account, and our fee covers our work only.

How we deliver

  1. Day 1–3

    Connect

Candidates flow from your ATS or sheet into Clay. We test it with 10 profiles.

  2. Day 3–5

    Role intake template

Must-haves, nice-to-haves, deal-breakers, salary band, location and language. One template, filled in for every role.

  3. Week 2

    Calibration

We score 20 past candidates you have already judged, then tune the scoring until our ranking matches yours.

  4. Every role

    Shortlist

We source, enrich and score inside the role's credit budget. The top candidates come to you with the reason for each score.

  5. Within 48 hours

    You decide

You accept or reject each candidate. Accepted candidates get a personal message, which you approve and send.

  6. Ongoing

    Log and report

One sheet per role: sourced, scored, accepted, contacted, replied, interviewed.

What you keep

  • The Clay workflow and the scoring rubric
  • The role intake template
  • Every role sheet

Candidate data is personal data. You are the controller and we are the processor, and the data stays in your Clay and ATS. The first message tells each candidate where their data came from and how to opt out.

A good fit when

  • Your recruiters spend hours reading profiles before the first message goes out.
  • Good candidates ignore templated InMails.
  • You fill similar roles again and again.
How we work

The same rules for every client.

Whichever service you choose, the engagement runs the same way. You own everything we set up, and nothing goes out in your name without your written approval.

01

You own every account

Every tool is opened in your company's name, with your email as the owner. We are invited as users. When we leave, nothing breaks and nothing has to be moved.

02

You pay vendors directly

Your card, your invoice from each vendor. We never resell a tool, and you see the full tool cost in the proposal before you sign.

03

Nothing goes out without your approval

Every sequence, post and candidate message is approved by you in writing before it goes live. A missed approval means the slot is skipped, never sent anyway.

04

Mostly paid on results

On Outbound and LinkedIn campaigns, most of our fee is per meeting held with someone who fits your ICP. No meetings, little revenue for us.

From signed deal to handover

  1. Before day 0

    Proposal

Scope, price, a draft ICP, what counts as a meeting, and the tool budget in euros.

  2. Day 0 to 1

    Sign and buy the tools

You sign the proposal and a data processing agreement. We send the tool list, and you buy each tool in your company's name.

  3. Day 1 to 5

    Kickoff and access check

A 60-minute kickoff on ICP, offer, voice and approvals. Then we test every invite before we build.

  4. Per service

    Build and approve

Lists, sending, content or your Claude Code setup. You approve in writing before anything goes live.

  5. Every Friday

    Run and report

A scorecard: what went out, what came back, and what we change next week.

  6. End of term

    Handover

Final report, exports and documentation. We remove our access within 5 working days.
