LinkedIn ghostwriting and lead generation for B2B founders

LinkedIn content in your voice that books meetings.

Ghostwriting for founders, built for LinkedIn lead generation. We write and design your content in your voice, run campaigns that point to your offer, and track who engages. When someone who fits your ICP engages, you get a call brief, and the follow-up call turns it into a meeting.

How it works

From a post to a meeting on your calendar.

Content on its own rarely books meetings. What books them is seeing who engaged and calling the right people while the post is still fresh.

  1. Post

Written in your voice from your calls and notes. You approve every post before it goes out.

  2. Engagement

We track who likes, comments and reposts, and check each person against your ICP.

  3. Call brief

For every match: who they are, what they engaged with, and a first line for the call.

  4. Meeting

Your team makes the call, and the call books the meeting.

Marketing

What we do

01

Founder-led content

Posts written in your voice and built around your personal brand, starting from a recorded interview and your past work.

02

Branded visuals

Infographics, carousels and motion graphics in your brand's colours and fonts.

03

Campaigns with one clear CTA

Each campaign points people to one offer, so the attention a post earns has somewhere to go.

04

Engagement tracking and call briefs

We track who engages with your posts. For every ICP person you get a brief: who they are, what they engaged with and what to say.

Pricing

How we charge

Our LinkedIn ghostwriting pricing is mostly performance-based: a fee for each meeting that takes place with someone who fits your ICP. The monthly fee covers the content itself.

Every month

Content fee

Paid in advance on the 1st. Covers the posts, visuals, call briefs and reporting.

Most of the fee · on results

Per booked meeting

Only meetings with people who fit your ICP count, and only once the meeting takes place.

Paid by you

Tool subscriptions

In your company's name, paid directly to each vendor.

Tool stack

The tools we use

Every tool is opened in your company's name and paid on your card. You own every account, and our fee covers our work only.

  • BufferScheduling to your LinkedIn
  • ClaudeDrafting in your voice
  • JunglerWho engaged with your posts
  • RB2BWebsite visitors, US buyers only

For buyers in the EU we don't use RB2B, because naming EU website visitors one by one is a GDPR problem. Jungler and a follow-up call do that job instead.

How we deliver

  1. Weeks 1–2

    Learn your voice

A 60 to 90 minute recorded interview. We collect your past posts, offers and case studies, audit your profile and agree the content pillars and the one CTA.

  2. Week 2

    Voice guide approved

A one-page voice guide and 3 sample posts. You edit them until they sound like you. Nothing is scheduled before you sign off.

  3. Every Monday

    Drafts out

The week's posts and visuals arrive in one place. You approve or edit within 48 hours, in about 30 minutes.

  4. Daily

    Engagement to calls

We pick out the ICP people who engaged and write a call brief for each, so the follow-up happens within 2 working days.

  5. Every Friday

    Report

Posts out, reach, ICP people who engaged, conversations and meetings booked.

  6. By the 25th

    Next month planned

Topics and campaigns for the next month, agreed on a monthly strategy call.

Add-ons

Content agents

We build content-creation agents on your own Claude or Codex plan, so your team keeps producing after we set it up. Quoted as a small project.

What you keep

  • Every post and the source files of every visual
  • Your voice guide and content calendar
  • Buffer and Jungler, handed back with our access removed within 5 working days

A good fit when

  • You run a B2B company and your buyers are on LinkedIn.
  • You know posting would help, but the writing never happens.
  • People engage with your posts and nobody follows up.
How we work

The same rules for every client.

Whichever service you choose, the engagement runs the same way. You own everything we set up, and nothing goes out in your name without your written approval.

01

You own every account

Every tool is opened in your company's name, with your email as the owner. We are invited as users. When we leave, nothing breaks and nothing has to be moved.

02

You pay vendors directly

Your card, your invoice from each vendor. We never resell a tool, and you see the full tool cost in the proposal before you sign.

03

Nothing goes out without your approval

Every sequence, post and candidate message is approved by you in writing before it goes live. A missed approval means the slot is skipped, never sent anyway.

04

Mostly paid on results

On Outbound and LinkedIn campaigns, most of our fee is per meeting held with someone who fits your ICP. No meetings, little revenue for us.

From signed deal to handover

  1. Before day 0

    Proposal

Scope, price, a draft ICP, what counts as a meeting, and the tool budget in euros.

  2. Day 0 to 1

    Sign and buy the tools

You sign the proposal and a data processing agreement. We send the tool list, and you buy each tool in your company's name.

  3. Day 1 to 5

    Kickoff and access check

A 60-minute kickoff on ICP, offer, voice and approvals. Then we test every invite before we build.

  4. Per service

    Build and approve

Lists, sending, content or your Claude Code setup. You approve in writing before anything goes live.

  5. Every Friday

    Run and report

A scorecard: what went out, what came back, and what we change next week.

  6. End of term

    Handover

Final report, exports and documentation. We remove our access within 5 working days.
