Free scoping call
45 minutes. A fixed quote follows within 2 working days.
Project price
Set by how many agents, skills and tools the setup needs. Half at signing, half when you sign the acceptance checklist.
Your Claude plan
Claude Code on your own account. For daily use we recommend a Max plan.

Every tool is opened in your company's name and paid on your card. You own every account, and our fee covers our work only.

How we deliver
- Week 1
Map your business
Two 60-minute sessions on the roles, the weekly tasks, the tools and the decisions you make again and again. The output is a build spec you sign.
- Weeks 2–3
Build
In a private repository in your GitHub. Each agent is tested on a real task from your week.
- Install
Install on your laptop
A 90-minute session. You create each API key and sign in yourself, so we never see or hold your keys. Then we run 5 real tasks together.
- 14 days
Fixes
Free fixes for anything in the spec, with a short check-in every few days.
- Acceptance
Sign-off
Every agent completes its test task, the memory carries across sessions, and you add a new skill on your own.

Care plan
Optional and monthly. Fixes when a Claude Code update breaks something, one new skill a month and a monthly check-in.

Whichever service you choose, the engagement runs the same way. You own everything we set up, and nothing goes out in your name without your written approval.
You own every account
Every tool is opened in your company's name, with your email as the owner. We are invited as users. When we leave, nothing breaks and nothing has to be moved.
You pay vendors directly
Your card, your invoice from each vendor. We never resell a tool, and you see the full tool cost in the proposal before you sign.
Nothing goes out without your approval
Every sequence, post and candidate message is approved by you in writing before it goes live. A missed approval means the slot is skipped, never sent anyway.
Mostly paid on results
On Outbound and LinkedIn campaigns, most of our fee is per meeting held with someone who fits your ICP. No meetings, little revenue for us.

Scope, price, a draft ICP, what counts as a meeting, and the tool budget in euros.
- Day 0 to 1
Sign and buy the tools
You sign the proposal and a data processing agreement. We send the tool list, and you buy each tool in your company's name.
- Day 1 to 5
Kickoff and access check
A 60-minute kickoff on ICP, offer, voice and approvals. Then we test every invite before we build.
- Per service
Build and approve
Lists, sending, content or your Claude Code setup. You approve in writing before anything goes live.
- Every Friday
Run and report
A scorecard: what went out, what came back, and what we change next week.
- End of term
Handover
Final report, exports and documentation. We remove our access within 5 working days.
